“This was probably our 5th or 6th stay at The Craven Heifer but the first since it changed hands from being a family run establishment to being part of a large chain. As always the property was very clean and tidy and very well maintained, definitely no complaints there. For us, the food had always been a selling point of The Craven Heifer, fresh locally sourced produce freshly cooked however on this occasion we did not have an opportunity to experience an evening meal but we did enjoy breakfast...

“Cannot fault our stay. Such a super location over looking the hills. Fantastic rustic building very well designed interior. Our room was so comfortable. Breakfast was superb with options for full English and full English vegetarian. Staff were equally fantastic!!! 10 out of 10. ”

“You get what you pay for, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the en-suite was a good size with a powerful shower. The facilities offered were brilliant with the kitchen being very clean and neat. Nicola couldn’t have been any more helpful throughout our stay. Will stay again soon. ”
